Principal Membership is available to commercial real estate owners and managers as well as facility managers, corporate facility professionals and medical office building professionals. (COST $575.00 1st Principal Member, $450.00 for each additional member within the company)
Allied Membership is available to vendors that provide a service or products (i.e. HVAC, janitorial, landscaping, security, etc) to commercial properties and corporate facilities. (COST $650.00 per company)

New Member Package
Upon joining, the Primary and Alternate representatives of the membership will receive a new member package containing BOMA’s Membership Directory. We encourage you to consult this directory to locate a specific service, product, or office space you need. And please patronize our advertisers, whose support makes this publication possible. You may also access the membership directory on-line for the most up to date member listings.
Remember that BOMA events are learning and/or networking events, not selling events. Meet and network with other members and follow up with people that might be interested in your product or service at an appropriate time. Be prepared to cultivate a relationship not a sale. Be a resource to building members.

- Provide a quarterly report with recommendations for decreasing costs
